Service Description
If you are gifting a portrait, no one knows that pet better than their human. Let them choose backgrounds, and customize the portrait just how they'd like it. They get to be a part of the process from start to finish. These cards are also a great way to gift a portrait on a tight timeline!
Cancellation Policy
When you book your portrait, you will be contacted to discuss details. Once pictures are sent I will work on sketches or previews for your portrait. You can cancel during this stage of the process. Once the painting has begun, cancellations are subject to fees associated with the cost of materials and work done to date, if this amount is in excess of the 50% deposit paid. If you have paid in full, a partial refund may be issued. You are always in the loop as your portrait progresses! To make sure you are happy with your portrait progress pictures are sent to you, as well as a final photo before your portrait ships. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your portrait when you receive it, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your piece. If the artwork cannot be adapted or modified to meet your needs you may choose to exchange your piece or have it refunded. You can return the painting for a full refund or exchange (minus the shipping charge) within 14 days of receiving the painting. The buyer pays for the return shipping. *refunds/exchanges* are only issued when the artwork is returned and evaluated.
